220 W. Garden Street | Consulted on the successful disposition of 100,000 sf office building in downtown Pensacola, Florida.

Highlands Park | Presently consulting on the planning, use strategy, and disposition of a 5.15 acre commercial site in Daphne, Alabama.


The East Garden District | Presently the owner’s representative, brand developer, and project coordinator for $50M mixed-use development in downtown Pensacola, Florida, at Garden Street, Jefferson Street, and Chase Street. Project to include new 170 key boutique hotel, new 250+ space parking deck, new 20,000 sf mixed-use building, new 15,000 sf residential brownstones, redesign of Jefferson Street between Garden Street and Chase Street, and the renovation of 20,000 sf of existing restaurant / retail space on Garden Street.

Southern Rentals & Real Estate | Consulted on operations and the reorganization of Southern’s residential leasing division.

Tosh has over 20 years of business experience and is the President and Founder of Gulf Blue Group.

Prior to Gulf Blue Group, Tosh worked as a Design Associate for renowned Golf Course Architect, Tom Fazio. In his 9 years with Fazio Golf Course Designers, Tosh worked all over the country on world-class golf design projects such as: Fallen Oak for MGM Mirage, Amelia National, Pinehurst #4, Finley Golf Course at the University of North Carolina, Firestone West Course, Independence Golf Club for the VSGA, Sandy Lane Green Monkey Course in Barbados, Merion Golf Club, Winged Foot, Oak Hill, Quail Hollow Club, and Augusta National.

Tosh grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and attended The Haverford School. He graduated from Trinity College with a BA in economics and was co-captain of the #2 nationally ranked varsity squash team. Upon graduating from Trinity, Tosh biked across the United States in 50 days. Tosh lives in Gulf Breeze, Florida, with his wife Laura, daughter Hannah, son Spence, and dog Charles “Barkley”.
